Health & Safety Manager RC Frame/Gwks Bedfordshire £65k
Our client predominantly operates in the Groundwork sand civil engineering sector. They are a small to medium sized company which is comfortable in delivering projects ranging from £250,000 up £5 million.
About the Role: Your main role is to take the lead on all Health and Safety matters for the business. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and be afforded the opportunity to build a team around you. You will carry out standard day to day safety duties and bring your own ideas to the table. You need to be capable of monitoring the activities of the site while the client needs to be advised and ultimately you will ensure the effective delivery of defined HSE processes, procedures, standards and systems.
About the requirements: You must have a safety qualification and at least 5 years industry experience, ideally in a senior capacity. You must have strong communication skills as you will be liaising with the client on all safety standards.
