SITE MANAGER – FACADES – SOUTH CENTRAL (OPEN TO TRAVEL ALSO)
Site Manager required on a permanent basis to deliver the installation of multimillion-pound exterior envelope projects, predominately rainscreen cladding and glazing systems.
About the Client: SSA Ltd are recruiting for a Facades contractor that design, supply and install on exterior works across the South of the UK. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join them.
About the Role: As the Site Manager you will reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager and will responsible for the following –
- Day to running of site
- Supporting, coordinating and guiding the site teams
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and staff to ensure that all targets are achieved.
- Managing site safety checks and site quality control procedures
- Risk Management
- Ensuring projects are running smoothly, on time and within budget
About the Requirements:
- Driving license essential
- Open to travelling for projects across South of the UK (however mostly in South Central)
- Experience with full envelope systems is preferable but essentially must have experience with rainscreen cladding and glazing.
- SMSTS, CSCS required. NVQ Level 6 preferable but not essential
