About the Company: The client we represent is a large sized specialist RC Frame/Groundworks sub-contractor. They have been established for almost 30 years now and have an annual turnover in the region of £110m+, with typical projects ranging from £10m to £30m.
About the role: My client requires an in-house structural engineer with specific experience in pre-cast concrete design. They have a new pre-cast yard and are looking for a pre-cast engineer to take the lead on the design side of this where they produce pre-cast stairs, columns and landings. Your duties will include:

About the role: My client requires an in-house structural engineer with specific experience in pre-cast concrete design. They have a new pre-cast yard and are looking for a pre-cast engineer to take the lead on the design side of this where they produce pre-cast stairs, columns and landings. Your duties will include:
- Liaising with the architect and project structural engineer to get all info required to design the pre-cast elements
- Production of design report for the precast elements including all connections/lifting information
- Production of required drawings/schedules to allow the construction and installation of the pre-cast elements
- Liaising with the pre-cast yard and site teams to aide construction and installation
About the Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Pre-cast Concrete Design
