Senior Civil Engineers/Designers – (7 + years Australian experience)
Intermediate Civil Engineers/Designers (4+ years Australian experience)
Civil Designers (2 years Australian experience)
Requirements
- Experienced on 12D or Civil 3D design (Concept and/or detailed design) for:
- Buildings– Pavements, drainage, roads, car parks, intersections, earthworks
- Subdivisions– Water & Sewer, drainage, roads, WSUD, Stormwater, Earthworks
- Roads – Highways– intersections, drainage, roundabouts, traffic
- If you are a strong communicator and have site supervision experience, then a more senior position could be offered
- Client and stakeholder engagement experience
Role
- Scoping work and ensuring adequate budgets and resources are available to ensure successful delivery
- 12D software knowledge and experience is essential.
- Preparing/managing designs, reports, specifications, and other deliverables for highways projects, ensuring they satisfy the required brief and expected levels of technical excellence.
- A thorough knowledge of drafting standards is essential, with experience in road authority standards being an advantage.
- Experience in the production of drawings for large- and small-scale transport infrastructure projects including – roads, drainage, pavements, and traffic facilities.
- Demonstrated technical excellence in highways engineering.
- Knowledge and experience of the use of MX, Civil3D, Inroads, Openroads and AutoCAD highways design software preferred but not essential.
- Report writing skills and experience.
