The businesses work independently or in partnership to design, construct, and manage projects and are a trusted local provider to clients in the oil and gas, mining, transport, defence, utilities, environmental and community infrastructure sectors.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Subcontractor/supplier procurement including documentation preparation and evaluation
- Post-contract commercial and contract management both upstream and downstream
- Preparation of interim reports including liabilities and cash flow forecasts
- Analysis of matters relevant to the identification of contractual claims and variations
- Drafting of appropriate contractual correspondence
- Analysis of contract terms and conditions
- Compilation of variation and claim documents for formal submission including evaluation
- Presentations and negotiations relevant to commercial matters

To be considered for this position you must have the following as a minimum:
- Relevant experience in a contracting construction environment that engages in various sub-contractors
- Experience with large construction projects as well as local project exposure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail.
