The Company

My client is a dynamic Multi-National Company that offers a full array of services including – Project Management, Advisory, Cost Management and Construction Services.

They specialize in constructing, commissioning and certifying of a range of highly technical and specialised facilities across the Pharmaceutical, Research, Health, Education, Justice, Aged Care, Commercial and Retail sectors.

They have a number of projects currently including Medical Clinic, Manufacturing Facilities and Laboratories between $5M – $30M.

The Role

You will be based on site predominantly –

  • Provide delivery and programming support to the Project team.
  • Assist with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration.
  • Attend and minute subcontractor, site and client meetings.
  • Process invoices and progress payments.
  • Assist with cost reporting.
  • Organise defects rectification.
  • Coordinate WH&S requirements.
  • Coordinate site operations.
  • Assist with project procurement management.


  • Degree qualified in Construction or similar
  • 4+ years as a Contract Administrator previously
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and welcomes collaboration
  • Skilled in costing and administrating contracts
