The Company
My client is a dynamic Multi-National Company that offers a full array of services including – Project Management, Advisory, Cost Management and Construction Services.
They specialize in constructing, commissioning and certifying of a range of highly technical and specialised facilities across the Pharmaceutical, Research, Health, Education, Justice, Aged Care, Commercial and Retail sectors.
They have a number of projects currently including Medical Clinic, Manufacturing Facilities and Laboratories between $5M – $30M.
The Role
You will be based on site predominantly –
- Provide delivery and programming support to the Project team.
- Assist with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration.
- Attend and minute subcontractor, site and client meetings.
- Process invoices and progress payments.
- Assist with cost reporting.
- Organise defects rectification.
- Coordinate WH&S requirements.
- Coordinate site operations.
- Assist with project procurement management.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Construction or similar
- 4+ years as a Contract Administrator previously
- Enjoys working in a team environment and welcomes collaboration
- Skilled in costing and administrating contracts
