My client is a leading concrete/formwork specialist that works on major Civil Infrastructure projects across Melbourne. They are requiring a well-rounded Office Administrator to join their team.
The Role
This is a multi-faceted role where you will be reporting to the Directors of the business, you will work autonomously across all areas of administration including –
- Financial & project reporting, month end process,
- Managing payroll and maintain employee compliances – CBUS, Coinvest, incolink
- Accounts payable & subcontractor agreements/claims
- Cost control and invoicing
- General administration duties
- General HR activities – onboarding new employees etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient IT skills including use of Outlook, Word, Excel
- Proficient using accounting software – MYOB/Xero
