My client is a leading concrete/formwork specialist that works on major Civil Infrastructure projects across Melbourne. They are requiring a well-rounded  Office Administrator to join their team.

The Role

This is a multi-faceted role where you will be reporting to the Directors of the business, you will work autonomously across all areas of administration including –

  • Financial & project reporting, month end process,
  • Managing payroll and maintain employee compliances – CBUS, Coinvest, incolink
  • Accounts payable & subcontractor agreements/claims
  • Cost control and invoicing
  • General administration duties
  • General HR activities – onboarding new employees etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient IT skills including use of Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Proficient using accounting software – MYOB/Xero
