Job Description
My client is a specialist in Civil Engineering, town planning, surveying, and Project management services nationally across Australia. With a number of offices based throughout Australia, they are looking for an Innovative Leader to join their Tasmania operations
They have recently been given the go-ahead of a number of large government projects.
The Role
My client are experiencing a high demand for their civil engineering services and are seeking a strong Principal Civil Road Designer / Engineer to join their Tasmania Team.
- 10+ years local experience as a Roads Civil Designer or Engineer
- Experience in road drainage design will be an advantage
- Qualifications in Civil Engineering
- Proficient in 12D modelling
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to produce engineering plans.
- The flexibility to travel and work on different projects
- A strong client focus
- Ability to lead a team of designers on multidisciplinary design projects
- Pro-active, team focused approach
- Experience in Design and project management is desirable
- Experience in a digital engineering environment
- Experience in the use of common BIM technologies in project delivery
