My client is a leading Project Management consultancy that specialises in full project management and front-end advisory services. They work with a number of high-profile clients. This role will see you working on interesting projects across one of Melbourne’s leading Universities.
The Role
You will be based in their Melbourne CBD office. You will be responsible for the following –
- Client management and consultation
- End to end project management skills
- Project Planning/Feasibility studies
- Risk Management
- Procurement of construction services
- Delivery of construction services
- Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent
- Commissioning and post contract duties for handover
- Oversight and delivery of the project
You will have
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- Qualifications in Construction Management/Project Management/Engineering or Architecture
- Demonstrated track record in delivery and contract administration
- Head Contractor or Client-Side experience preferred
- High-level communication and technical ability
- Management of multiple stakeholders and relevant groups
