The Company
My client is a market-leading Commercial/Interiors Builder that specialises in commercial, education & government projects up to $50 mil. They have been awarded a number of new projects and need an experienced project manager to join their interiors team.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage projects through the from conception to completion
- Coordinate site managers to ensure they get the best out of sub-contractors ensuring satisfactory completion of works.
- You will have a dedicated CA & PC
- Monitor and review programs/tenders
- Implement short-term programs of work.
- Provide an exceptional level of service and value to the delivery process
Requirements
- Degree qualified in construction or similar
- Experience delivering commercial fitout projects over $2M as a project manager
- Knows how to have a laugh and work within a team environment
- Experience in commercial construction in Melbourne3
