Sales Administrator – Workplace Design/Furniture

The Company

My client is a fast-growing company that specialises in Workplace Design and Commercial Furniture. Based in Richmond, they are looking for an individual with superb customer service skills to provide administration and sales support.


You will be working front of house within their sophisticated and vibrant showroom –

  • Liaise with all suppliers and distributors to manage products as required. 
  • Managing the sales administration function – providing admin support to sales team
  • Monitoring customer accounts, processing new sales leads.
  • Advise clients about products, features, pricing, specials, and distributing phone calls to sales staff 
  • Managing all customer queries/issues re. Products or retail stores, replying to Web requests, sales emails, customer phone calls.

I’m looking to speak to individuals who have

  • Solid background in providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience dealing with different products
  • Retail Management or Sales Management experience DESIRABLE
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Aspirations to be developed into a Sales Rep
