The Company

My client specializes in large Commercial & Industrial projects. They have an excellent brand in the market and are looking to add an experienced PSite Manager to their project team. With a number of greenfield sites in both the Eastern and Western suburbs, they have an extensive amount of projects ready to go.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to

  • Monitor progress of works against the current construction program and ensure all trades are coordinating with each other
  • Oversee the quality of trade works to ensure the required standard is achieved in all cases
  • Issue site instructions and other correspondence as required to trade contractors and consultants
  • Liaise with the client and ensure a long-standing relationship is maintained
  • Report to senior management on a regular basis and advise of any current or potential issues


Requirements

  • 5+ years Site Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology 
  • Ability to manage and follow programs
  • Track record of running industrial projects up to $20M
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Motivated and driven
