Working as part of our development marketing team, the marketing coordinator will be responsible for assisting the marketing manager on multiple multi-family residential projects through each stage of the development marketing process. The duties expected from the marketing coordinator are as follows:


  • Collaborating with leadership in execution of new community and corporate strategies;
  • Brainstorming new, exciting and out of the box content ideas that contribute to overall brand strategy and storytelling;
  • Researching and analyzing market reports and trends;
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing campaign budgets;
  • Assisting with new development launch including events, marketing collateral, website, signage, e-blasts, print and digital advertising and social campaigns;
  • Reviewing performance of campaigns and providing reporting on key performance indicators;


  • Creating and curating engaging digital content for social media accounts including maintaining content calendar and identifying new opportunities for social content;
  • Building relationships with both internal and external parties with a focus on working together to generate content;
  • Event planning for community events, promotional activations and new sales center launches;
  • Designing basic corporate brand and marketing materials and managing external designers for more complex Including providing design direction and feedback;
  • Communication and follow-up with suppliers and vendors;
  • Supporting administration on all aspects of managing budgets, creating purchase orders and reconciling invoices;
  • Researching and writing compelling blog posts, marketing emails and



Skills & Requirements


  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, real estate or a related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in marketing, communications and/or real estate-related field;
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
  • Enthusiastic, action-oriented attitude;
  • Social media/digital savvy including all Microsoft Office applications, social media channels, WordPress and Google Analytics;
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred;
  • Basic photography skills, including DSLR and photo editing capabilities preferred;
  • Experience with CRM systems and creating e-blasts;
  • A passion for real
