I am seeking an Building Services Manager on behalf of a Mid-sized Main Contractor in Dublin. €70k – €80k + vehicle + package on offer.
About the company:
The company in question have been around for a long time, and have a very good reputation in the industry. They are a mid-sized contractor historically, however they have recently won a high-profile project circa €50m, and have more of a similar scale in the pipeline, so due to the fact that they are steadily growing, they are looking for an experienced M&E Manager to join their team in Dublin.
The company have a strong history of delivering projects in both the public and private sectors, and projects include commercial, residential, healthcare, pharma, and more.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the MEP packages on a large-scale commercial development on the M50 corridor initially, with the view to taking on more projects as they come online. This is a good opportunity to get in with an industry-leader long-term and progress to a senior position within the company.
A Brief Overview:
You will have responsibility for the delivery of Building Services Systems on your designated projects that are On Time, On Budget and meet the companies Safety, Quality and Energy standards. You will strive to successfully deliver fully integrated and commissioned MEP systems on your projects that will meet the Specified Design and statutory requirements, leading to seamless handover with the building systems performing to the Client’s satisfaction.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
- 7+ years post graduate experience
- Experience with either a Main Contractor/M&E Subcontractor, or Consultancy
- Excellent knowledge of building services systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to progress
