About the role:
SSA are recruiting for an Electrical Project Engineer to be based in Cork. This role would ideally be suited to a career focused individual who would like to position themselves within an ambitious company for the future.
About the client:
They have grown to become one of the industries most reputable contractors. Having been in operation for over 30 years, they have positioned themselves at the forefront of the industry with a large catalogue of work in the pipeline across an array of sectors.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing design drawings and alterations to working drawings, liaising with members of the design team.
• Preparing method statements and risk assessments for site activities.
• Assisting with the procurement of materials, equipment and services.
• Compiling test packs and O&M manuals and preparing project programmes through MS project.
• Preparing as-built drawings and carrying out design calculations.
• Creating project schedules and compiling material take offs through contact with project management.
Salary €55,000 – €65,000 (DOE)
Position requirements:
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Posses a 3rd level Engineering qualification
- Previous M&E contracting experience preferable
