I am seeking a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of a highly reputable Main Building Contractor, for a €50m residential (apartment block) project in South Co. Dublin. The role is based in Cherrywood so would suit someone who is looking to stay out of the city centre. Circa €60k – €65k + vehicle + package on offer for the right person.

The have a proven track record of completing projects across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hotel, Education, Industrial, and projects range from minor works to major construction projects.
With a number of recent project awards, the company in question are in a position of strength going forward, and have a healthy pipeline of work for the next number of years.
What you will need:
- Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
- Strong finishes experience.
- Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level
