I am seeking a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading Main Building Contractors, for a high profile project in Dublin City Centre. You will be based on a section of 600 apartments, which is part of a larger, €180m mixed-use development. The role would suit someone who has held a similar role with another main contractor, however you don’t need experience working on projects of such a large scale. €68,000 – €72,000 + package on offer.

My client is a Tier 1 Building and Civil engineering contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They’re known for delivering high quality, sustainable construction projects across a range of sectors including, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hotel, Education, Pharmaceutical and Data Centres. You will be based on a €180m mixed-use development initially, and will have the opportunity to get involved in various high-profile projects thereafter. The company currently also has a number of other high-profile projects under construction including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical plants, and Mixed-use developments ranging in value from €10m to €300m.
What you will need:
- Strong finishing experience.
- Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level
- Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
