SSA are recruiting a HSEQ Administrator on behalf of a highly respected Modular Building Company to be based in Dublin. This is a permanent position within the company.

Our Client are a reputable Modular Building Company that have an impressive portfolio of completed and ongoing work on within Ireland.
About the role:
- Update and maintain Health and Safety and Quality records on a busy construction site.
- Keep records of incidents and maintain incident statistics.
- Complete Inductions and Maintain Training, Safe Pass, Manual Handling and all training records.
- Supporting our QHSE Manager with general administration duties.
- Managing email and telephone communications.
- Dealing with ad-hoc duties as they arise.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- To provide Health & Safety support for various departments within the company
- Applying for and updating Work Permits
- Scheduling and delivering training in accordance with requirements
- Maintaining staff training records and training matrix
- Updating and maintaining document registers relevant to the QSE team
- Undertaking risk assessments where necessary to a set standard
- Co-ordinating health and safety site audits and inspections
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Relevant Experience required
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
