SSA are currently recruiting a HR Generalist, for a full time permanent role, to be based in Enfield, Co. Meath. This is a permanent position within the company.
About the client:
Our client is an M&E Contractor who are highly respected within Ireland, and have an impressive portfolio of work throughout Ireland.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Main POC for the Apprenticeship Programme,
- Assisting with employee queries.
- Making monthly submissions and being the organisations point of contact between employees & SOLAS and / or relevant ETBs.
- Assist the HR Manager to set appropriate performance targets for the HR department.
- Support the development of HR initiatives.
- Delivery of reports.
- Deliver a HR service in line with business needs by assisting with the running of the day to day HR functions.
- Administration and management of disciplinary/grievance/ER and IR issues.
- Provide advice and support to all employees on a variety of topics.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance cases in line with policy and best practice.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all business units in the organisation.
Essential:
- Relevant third-level Certificate/Diploma/Degree qualification in HR discipline.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and take initiative.
- Experience of working across a HR related role.
