We, SSA Group, are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Central Limerick.  This is an extremely varied role working as part of a close-knit team in a niche recruitment company based in Limerick city centre.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working with Group Directors on confidential matters. 
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office. 
  • Managing customer and supplier invoices, payments and credit control.
  • Managing inter-company invoicing.
  • Maintenance and trouble-shooting of computer equipment, systems and telecommunications supported by IT specialist. 
  • Maintaining credit card expenditure records.
  • HR support, including drafting contracts and offer letters.
  • Managing holiday and sickness records.
  • Organising international travel and accommodation.
  • Procurement of office supplies.
  • Supporting the social media/Marketing function.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an office manager/administrator role.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Xero Accounting desirable.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Package:

  • Flexible working conditions.
  • Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm.
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata per year. Increasing yearly to a maximum of 25 days pro rata per year.
