I am seeking a Project Manager with a civils background on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor, for a Data Centre project in West Dublin.
€80k – €90k base salary + package on offer.
The company in question are a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who have extensive experience in a wide range of sectors, including data centres, residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, hotels and more.
You will be based on a Data Centre project in West Dublin initially. Groundworks experience is essential, and experience working on large scale Industrial/Data projects is an advantage, but not essential.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 7 years post graduate experience
- Groundworks experience is essential
- Experience working on large scale Industrial/Data projects is an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent negotiation/communication skills, confidence in making decisions, and strong commercial awareness
- IT Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Planning Software – Microsoft Project, Asta or the like would be an advantage
