I am seeking a Project Manager on behalf of a highly reputable Main Contractor in Dublin.
€85,000 – €95,000 base salary + package on offer.
You will have full oversight for a €20m social housing scheme in North West Dublin initially, with the view to taking on a second project and floating across both.
The company in question are a leading Main Contractor who have extensive experience in a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, and more.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience
- Experience working with a Main Contractor in either Ireland or the UK.
- Excellent negotiation/communication skills, confidence in making decisions, and strong commercial awareness
- IT Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Planning Software – Microsoft Project, Asta or the like would be an advantage
