About the role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project QS to join a reputable Civil Engineering Contractor based in Dublin. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, duties will include but not be limited to;
– Identifying opportunities for entitlement
– Negotiating and agreeing works with subcontractors
– Preparing monthly valuations and cost reports
– Ensuring various registers are updated monthly
– Assisting with tender submissions

The company has been trading for over 50 years and have an excellent reputation. They are specialists within the areas of road construction, bulk earthworks and concrete structures, and are experiencing continued success with a healthy order book in place.
Position requirements:
– Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
– Minimum 5 years’ civils project experience
– Knowledge of GCCC form of contract and/or NEC contracts
– Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
