Job Description
The client is a well-established Cork practice seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join their busy Studio working on Education, Healthcare, Office Fit-outs and High-end housing at various work stages.
The role includes running all stages of projects as a Team Leader within the Practice, leading Design Teams, liaising with all project stakeholders and contributing to the running of the practice.
Job Requirements
- Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
- Ability to run several projects at different stages concurrently.
- Strong Management, Leadership and Communication skills
- Demonstrated construction detailing knowledge and skills.
- A proven working knowledge of the Irish statutory environment.
- Demonstrated use of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Acknowledge of and experience in Acute Hospital environments and Laboratories would be an advantage.
