About the role:
SSA are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician to be based in Dublin but can offer flexibility to Work From Home for the successful candidate.
Our client are a reputable specialist contractor. A solid technical ability is required coupled with 5+ years relevant experience in addition to Revit experience.
They are currently working on a number of leading Healthcare and Residential projects. They are offering a salary above €55,000 (DOE) for the suitable candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Work and develop an understanding of multiple developments being undertaken, including healthcare and residential projects.
- Liaising with the Director and client to develop the design.
- Assist with planning applications and drawing packages.
- Coordinating with the design and technical team to optimise stakeholder communications.
Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience experience.
- Previous experience within healthcare or residential sectors beneficial.
- Proficiency in Revit necessary.
