I am seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Dublin. €60k – €65k + vehicle + package on offer.

The company in question are a Tier 1 Contractor who have been around for a long time and have a very good reputation. They are active in all sectors of the industry – commercial, residential, data centres, pharma etc. Due to the demand for housing in the country, they have a large presence in the residential sector, with numerous high density (apartment blocks) and low density (housing) residential developments both currently ongoing and planned for the future.
They are now seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer to join, initially working with their residential team. With a strong pipeline of work, there is long-term job security with this position and there is also a defined career path, so there are definite opportunities for progression. This is a good opportunity to get in with an industry-leader long-term.
A Brief Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Building Services Manager, you will have responsibility to support the delivery of Building Services Systems on your designated projects that are On Time, On Budget and meet the companies Safety, Quality and Energy standards. By the application and utilisation of the Companies MEP Management Systems and Procedures, you will strive to achieve the objective to deliver fully integrated and commissioned MEP systems on your projects that will meet the Specified Design and statutory requirements, leading to seamless handover with the building systems performing to the Client’s satisfaction.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
- 6+ years post graduate experience
- Experience with either a Main Contractor/M&E Subcontractor, or Consultancy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to progress
