SSA are recruiting a Senior Health & Safety Officer on behalf of a reputable Main Contractor for a Dublin based position. You will oversee several Dublin sites. This is a permanent position within the company.

Our client are an established Main Contractor who have a strong reputation which they have built up over the past 30 years. They specialise primarily in residential and commercial projects. Although they have a developed reputation they are continuing to grow steadily.
About the role:
- Dublin based role
- Multi – site role

- Permanent Position
- Work across Residential (Apartments & Housing) & Commercial Projects.
Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Report on the safety performance of project teams and subcontractors and provide recommendations as such to management.
- Oversee and review site performance across several sites.
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Assist in the overall compilation of Health & Safety Documentation.
- Ensure that personnel are understanding of their duties and responsibilities.
- Actively participate in the promotion of health-related risks and on-site training.
- Delivery of HSE processes, procedures, standards and systems.
- Ensure that inspection records are maintained and preserved for all activities and plant equipment.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Minimum 4 – years related experience
- Experience working on Residential projects is ideal but not essential
