About the role:
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy Main Contractor in Dublin. Duties will include but not be limited to;
– Manage project budgets
– Monitor change and process variations
– Agree monthly valuations and subcontractor accounts
– Prepare monthly CVR reports
– Attend client and subcontractor meetings
– Prepare, negotiate and agree final accounts

Due to a significant project award, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a large development in South Dublin.

Position requirements:
The successful candidate will ideally possess;
– Degree in Quantity Surveying
– Demonstrated Main Contractor experience
– Previous experience on commercial projects preferable
