I’m seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager on behalf of a well known PQS firm based in Dublin 2. Reporting to the Directors, the successful candidate will manage multiple projects of significant value.
A clear path towards Associate level is on offer. You will gain exposure to landmark projects throughout Dublin and Munster, under the guidance of highly-experienced professionals within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
An attractive salary on offer which is negotiable depending upon experience. Salary guide of circa €65-75k per annum.

Position requirements:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience
- PQS experience preferred, contractor experience will be considered
- Commercial and/or residential project knowledge is desired
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
