I am seeking a Site Engineer on behalf of a highly reputable Main Building Contractor for a large-scale Data Centre project in North Dublin.
About the company:
The company in question have been around for a long time and have a strong portfolio of ongoing and planned projects. You will be based on a new Data Centre development in North Dublin, upon which work will be commencing in mid-January. This is a long-term phased development, so there is longevity for someone looking to stay out of the city centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain long-term employment with one of Irelands most reputable contractors.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintaining site record such as daily and weekly registers
- Surveying and setting out using Total Station, GPS
- Day-to-day supervision of site personnel
- Promoting and ensuring high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on projects
- Supervising and managing sub-contractors
- Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments for construction activities

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
- 2+ years site experience, with either a building or civils contractor
- Motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- A positive, “can do” approach, determined to succeed
