SSA Group are seeking a Site Manager with a civils/groundworks background on behalf of a highly reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor for a project in Co. Offaly.
The project is a large-scale Pharma new-build, and due to the scale of the development there is longevity in the region for the successful candidate.
Our client is a leading building and civil engineering contractor with extensive experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They are a nationally recognised contractor who have been around for a long time and have a very good reputation in the industry.
€70k – €75k + package on offer.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Trade Qualifications, or Construction related qualification
- 5+ years experience working on civil engineering projects at Site Manager level
- Motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage personnel
