SSA are recruiting a Site Safety Administrator on behalf of a highly respected M&E Contractor to be based in Leinster. This is a permanent position within the company.

About the company:
Our Client are a reputable M&E Contractor that have an impressive portfolio of completed and ongoing work on within Ireland.

About the role:

  • Update and maintain Health and Safety and Quality records on a busy construction site.
  • Keep records of incidents and maintain incident statistics.
  • Complete Inductions and Maintain Training, Safe Pass, Manual Handling and all training records.
  • Supporting our QHSE Manager with general administration duties.
  • Managing email and telephone communications.
  • Dealing with ad-hoc duties as they arise.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:  

  • To provide Health & Safety support for various departments within the company
  • Applying for and updating Work Permits
  • Scheduling and delivering training in accordance with requirements
  • Maintaining staff training records and training matrix
  • Updating and maintaining document registers relevant to the QSE team
  • Undertaking risk assessments where necessary to a set standard
  • Co-ordinating health and safety site audits and inspections

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

  • Relevant Experience required
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Full Driving License essential
