Account Manager – HVAC (NSW/ACT) SSA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a leading national HVAC services provider. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a key business unit, with full team and P&L responsibility, while driving service excellence and client satisfaction.
The Role

- Lead a dedicated team of 10+ technicians and field staff.
- Manage key client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Drive operational efficiency, commercial performance, and contract delivery.
- Oversee asset and data management to optimise outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
- Proven background in high-volume service operations.
- Strong P&L management skills and commercial acumen.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- High energy, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Current driver’s licence.
