- The firms Focuses on housing, from multi-unit to one-offs, but are also active with projects in other sectors including the hospitality and healthcare sectors
- Responsible for developing medium-scale projects from planning stages through to completion.
- Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Participate in project meetings and respond to technical queries
- Assist with planning submissions, approvals, and revisions
- Relevant Degree in Architectural Technology
- 5+ years PQ experience, preferably in Ireland
- Excellent Revit skills with good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Relevant site supervision experience would be an
advantage. - Excellent knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
