SSA are seeking an Architectural Technologist for a well-known Architecture client, based in Offaly.
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work alongside fellow Architects and Architectural Technologists on various projects in the residential, commercial and educational sectors.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Work alongside architects and other stakeholders to develop and refine design concepts, providing technical expertise and insights.
- Review project documentation and drawings for quality, consistency, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Qualification in Architectural Technology or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Architecture roles
- Full proficient in AutoCAD
- Revit ability (Intermediate)
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver’s License
