About the role:

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Coordinate multidisciplinary MEP models to ensure clash-free, fully integrated designs.
• Develop, manage, and maintain 3D models using Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and similar BIM software.
• Produce detailed installation drawings, fabrication models, and accurate as-built documentation.
• Support project teams in the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and adherence to company BIM protocols.
• Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection, issuing coordination reports and tracking resolution progress.
• Liaise closely with design consultants, main contractors, and site teams to ensure alignment with design intent and constructability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date model data in compliance with ISO 19650 and client-specific standards.
• Deliver BIM-related technical support and training to design and site personnel.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, templates, and standards across projects
Position requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in BIM coordination within an M&E contracting or design environment.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Autodesk Plant 3D is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with BIM 360
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
