Civil Foreman
Location: Lower Mainland, BC
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site


We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Civil Foreman to lead and supervise crews on excavation, utilities, and site preparation projects in the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, extensive field experience, and a commitment to safety and quality in civil construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead field crews on civil construction projects, including excavation, utility installation, and site prep
• Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Coordinate daily work schedules, labor, and equipment resources
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
• Conduct on-site inspections and enforce quality control
• Mentor and support crew members, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of civil construction experience, including excavations, utilities, or site preparation
• Proven experience supervising crews on small to medium projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and job documents
• First Aid certification an asset
