With a strong commitment to excellence, safety, and innovation, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to play a key role in overseeing and coordinating on-site activities for their projects.

Position Overview: As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects related to site preparation and ground improvements.
 
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, strong leadership skills, and a focus on safety to contribute to the company's continued success.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. On-Site Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
    • Lead by example in maintaining a safety-conscious work environment.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and in-house staff.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
  3. Schedule Adherence:
    • Work closely with the project manager to develop and maintain project schedules.
    • Monitor progress and implement adjustments to ensure on-time project delivery.
  4. Quality Control:
    • Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet or exceed project specifications.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
  5. Communication:
    • Maintain clear communication channels between on-site teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Report progress, issues, and potential risks to project management.
  6. Problem Resolution:
    • Identify and address on-site challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
    • Collaborate with project management to resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Resource Management:
    • Manage on-site resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
    • Coordinate with the project manager to ensure resource availability aligns with project needs.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in on-site construction management, preferably in site preparation and ground improvements.
  2. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
  3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  6. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
  7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
