Job Description

SSA are looking for a commercial development lead on behalf of client, a multidisciplinary consultancy, based in North Dublin.

The right candidate will be a qualified Architecture or Design professional looking t make a move towards a more commercial and client facing role.

About the role/Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to projects across the business
• Produce and present high quality client submissions and presentations
• Work alongside leadership to deliver company commercial strategy
• Work closely with the CEO on commercial initiatives and business development 
• Manage the distribution of information across technical teams in relation to major projects and framework submissions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen the companies market positioning and client engagement.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect or Design Professional
• 5-10 years experience in Architecture, Engineering, Design
• Strong graphic and presentation capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ambitious, proactive and strategically minded.
• Interested in developing toward commercial leadership responsibilities over time.
• Strong presentation skills
• Large scale project exposure a bonus
