Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
- Lead bid preparation and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project budgets and cash flow, ensuring timely invoicing.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in the demolition industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
