�� NOW HIRING: Estimator – ICI & Multi-Use Residential Construction | $80K–$110K | Hamilton, ON ��
 
SSA is recruiting on behalf of a reputable general contractor specializing in ICI and multi-use residential construction. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join their team in Hamilton, Ontario. Must have at least 5 Years working with a General Contractor in Ontario.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing portfolio of institutional, commercial, and residential projects across Southern Ontario.
 
�� What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor in Ontario
• Strong background in ICI and/or residential construction estimating
• Proven ability to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates
• Proficient with estimating software and quantity takeoffs
• Strong communication and time management skills

�� Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary between $80,000 – $110,000, based on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package and a positive team environment

�� Location:
Office based in Hamilton, ON. Must have experience in Ontario.
