Construction Project Manager
Surrey, BC 

Growing commercial GC seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial TI projects across the Lower Mainland ranging from approximately $2M–$10M.

Projects include office, retail, restaurant, and financial institution interiors.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, invoicing, and change orders
• Coordinating subtrades, consultants, suppliers, and clients
• Working closely with Site Superintendents to maintain schedules and quality
• Managing project documentation and compliance requirements

Requirements:
• 5–10 years of commercial construction experience
• Previous PM or Superintendent experience
• Strong commercial TI background
• Experience with Procore, Sage/Timberline, and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
