I am seeking an experienced Design Architect to join a reputable practice working on high profile multi sector projects.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

• 8+ years post qualification experience.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Crafting initial design concepts that meet client specifications, project objectives, and regulatory mandates.
• Producing intricate architectural drawings, models, and visualizations.
• Engaging with clients to refine design blueprints and integrate feedback throughout project development.
• Researching architectural trends, materials, and technologies to guide design choices Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and adherence to standards.
• Presenting design proposals and effectively communicating concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Overseeing the design process from inception to completion, adjusting plans as needed.
• Documenting design processes and maintaining project records for future reference.
• Establishing and nurturing client connections while effectively managing their anticipations.
