Design Project Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our client's Design Department. Reporting to the department’s Manager, you’ll oversee site plan and subdivision projects, developing grading plans and comprehensive servicing designs while mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Functional Servicing Reports and design drawings.
- Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate tasks with your team.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, guiding their growth.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- P.Eng. or C.E.T. registration is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
