A growing developer is seeking a Development Manager to lead multi family and mixed use projects from concept through approvals and pre construction.
Responsibilities include managing the development lifecycle, leading consultant teams, overseeing rezoning and permitting, coordinating design development, supporting proformas and budgets, and preparing project schedules and stakeholder updates.
4 to 7 years of development experience required.
Salary typically $100,000 to $130,000 plus bonus and benefits.
