Development Manager
Location: Kelowna, BC
Salary: $95K–$120K
Seeking a Development Manager with experience in wood-frame, multi-family projects to manage planning, design coordination, budgeting, municipal approvals, and construction review.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years in a Development Manager role
• Minimum 2 years combined experience in planning, engineering, construction, and approvals
• Post-secondary education related to development, construction, planning, or engineering
• Able to coordinate with municipalities, consultants, architects, contractors, and utility companies
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Proficient with CAD, Adobe, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Skilled in budgeting, design development, and approvals
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Team-oriented and reliable
