My client is a market leader in the Facilities Services Industry. They are seeking an EHS Manager to oversee and guide health, safety and environmental compliance at a large manufacturing site located in County Kildare. 
 
About the role:

• Full Time, Permanent Role
• Competitive Salary & Package €80,000 - €90,000 DOE, Laptop, Phone & Additional Benefits Package
• Site-Based role in Kildare

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

1. Developing, implementing and monitoring environmental, health & safety programs to ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations and company standards and values.
2. Driving effective writing/revising/rolling out of accurate operational procedures, training materials and EHS related procedures.
3. Coordinate and conduct internal EHS auditing and inspection ensuring actions are tracked to closure.
4. Coordinate and ensure compliance with legislation and company technical standards regarding contractor management. 
5. Managing technical activities to progress projects and investigations.

To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following:

• Level 8 Degree in Health & Safety Management Required 
• Background in High Risk Environment ideally, open to Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics and Construction Backgrounds also
• 5+ years Management Experience  required
• Excellent Communication Skills
