Electrical Project Manager | Power & Renewables | Dublin

Our client, A reputable M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on power and renewable projects. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland
About the role:
• Negotiable Competitive salary €90-100k (Negotiable)

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Lead, coordinate, and oversee all phases of MV & HV electrical construction projects from start-up to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans including procurement schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and clear communication.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety (EHS), and quality assurance/quality control (QAQC) standards.
• Supervise and support project teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, and risks, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover, ensuring all documentation and client deliverables are completed to specification
Position Requirements:
• 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a strong trades background.
• Proven experience in High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and substation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary project teams effectively.
• Strong professional acumen, representing the company confidently in meetings, presentations, and technical workshops.
• Excellent IT skills, with the ability to produce reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork and client relationships.
• Self-motivated, solution-focused, and willing to travel between Glasgow and the greater London area.
