SSA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Foreman / Site Manager (A-Grade) to join a well-established contractor, delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects across North Brisbane.
This role is ideal for an experienced foreman or site manager who has successfully delivered projects through to completion, with strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to planning, safety, and quality.

The Role
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, including sequencing, labour allocation, and coordination with other trades.
- Manage materials, long-lead items, and ensure workfronts remain productive.
- Lead toolbox/pre-start meetings, enforce SWMS actions, and maintain site safety standards.
- Keep QA/ITPs up to date, ensuring zero critical defects at handover.
- Mentor and support a team of electricians and apprentices to achieve delivery milestones.
- Project Manager handling program updates, client communication, claims, and variations.
- Delivery team providing project documentation, ITPs, SWMS templates, and planning support.
- Centralised purchasing team for procurement, delivery bookings, and stock tracking.
- Demonstrated experience running at least 2+ commercial projects to Practical Completion in the last 24 months (teams of 4–10, packages $200k–$1m).
- QLD Electrical Licence & White Card (A-Grade).
- Foreman or Leading Hand experience with a proven track record in project delivery.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a tidy approach to ordering and record-keeping.
- Salary range: $160,000 – $170,000 + Super (based on experience).
- Monthly RDOs with a Monday–Friday standard roster (Saturdays only during planned peak stages).
- Laptop/tablet, uniforms, PPE, and training support (EWP & First Aid covered in first 60 days).
