Electrical Site Manager – Building Services
Location: Melbourne | Full-Time

A well-established national building services contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee on-site delivery of commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne. This role is responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
You will be the key point of contact on site, working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for electrical services projects
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
• Monitor program, productivity, and site performance
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients

About You:

• Trade-qualified electrician with proven site management experience
• Strong background in commercial electrical construction
• Sound knowledge of Australian standards and WHS requirements
• Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational and communication skills
