Electrical Supervisor – HVAC | Melbourne
SSA Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong HVAC background to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who is looking to step into a supervisory role, utilising their electrical expertise and strong understanding of HVAC systems.
The Opportunity Working closely with a team of skilled HVAC technicians, you will take responsibility for overseeing electrical compliance and signing off technicians’ electrical certificates, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly and to the required standards.
This role would suit an experienced electrician who has a strong HVAC background and is confident providing technical guidance and oversight to a field-based team.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A qualified A-grade electrician licence
• Strong experience within the HVAC industry
• Previous experience supervising, overseeing or mentoring electrical/HVAC technicians
• A strong understanding of electrical compliance, safety and industry standards
• The ability and authority to sign off electrical certificates
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• The confidence to provide technical support and guidance to technicians in the field
